The value for money was great, I got a beautifully decorated room with cute amenities in the trendy bathroom. The location was perfect, with a view of the beautifully landscaped garden from my big balcony. The staff were incredibly kind and service-minded, offering helpful hints and even a surprise welcome drink.

The staff was great and that's why we would recomand it. Superior hotel was very clean, the location was nice! Loved that we had a personal safe and a work desk in the superior double room. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Also, it's next to Monk's House of Modern Art Museum.

Travelling alone, I loved the warm and welcoming staff. They made me feel like family, and the food at the local restaurant was a delightful treat. The Graham Room was cozy and comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Had a wonderful Christmas experience at this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff made us feel very welcomed with their refreshing drinks on arrival and their helpful service throughout our stay. The room had a stunning view of the garden and hills, and we loved the fact that it had tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel had a great location, only a comfortable walk to the town centre, which was perfect for us. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast, complete with fresh scrambled eggs and a variety of items to choose from.

The only negative aspect we could find was the noise at night, as we stayed in a room near the entrance. However, it wasn't too severe and didn't ruin our experience at the hotel.
